My first job with an interactive company was creating multimedia applications for training and CD-Rom games. We made some tremendous interactive applications embedding video and rich, engaging interfaces. We created CD-Rom-based games that allowed players to build, race cars, and fly aircraft. Players would interact with video vignettes throughout their missions. The games were also released for SEGA and other console gaming systems. I also worked on several game-like exhibits for the Smithsonian, UPS, Bank of America, VISA, and a few broadcasting networks.
Arknet was a Christian-based online Learning network. I met one of my good friends while working on this Hybrid network connection CD-Rom. He started as a client and became a long-time friend. That was the real network connection. And that’s how I like to roll.
